Terms and Conditions - The Frugal Florist will only offer replacements for unsigned shipments that were not received. The Frugal Florist does not give refunds nor does The Frugal Florist guarantee satisfaction of the arranger’s final result in creating their design. Once an order has been placed it is expedited as quickly as possible as long as the requested products are in stock. The average time of delivery is approximately 3-5 business days. Shipments are not made on weekends or holidays. Our preferred method of shipping is UPS. Customers will be charged an appropriate Shipping and Handling fee based on weight and priority. The Frugal Florist is not responsible for lost, damaged, stolen or misdirected packages if insurance has not been purchased.
